The NWSL season kicks off on March 24

The NWSL released the list of 2018 home openers on Friday. The full schedule will be released on Tuesday.

A rematch of the 2017 NWSL Championship kicks off the season as the Courage host the Thorns on March 24 in the NWSL Game of the Week on Lifetime (3:30 p.m. ET).

On March 31, the Spirit have their home opener vs. the Pride at the Maryland SoccerPlex (3:30 p.m. ET). Then on April 14, Utah Royals FC host their inaugural home game vs. the Chicago Red Stars (3:30 p.m. ET) at Rio Tinto Stadium. Both games will also be the NWSL Game of the Week on Lifetime.

The Red Stars’ home opener on March 31 will be part of a unique Chicago vs. Portland doubleheader. At 5 p.m. ET, the Fire will host the Timbers in an MLS match-up, and then the Red Stars will host the Thorns at 8:15 p.m. ET.

On Sunday April 15, Carli Lloyd will play her first home game in New Jersey as Sky Blue FC host Seattle Reign FC (5 p.m. ET) and the Thorns will raise their championship banner when they host the Pride (6 p.m. ET).

All non-Lifetime games will be livestreamed on the go90 app and website. All games will be available internationally on the NWSL app and website.
