A new season can only mean one thing: new kits. All nine teams have revealed their jerseys ahead of the 2018 NWSL season. From anniversary kits in Chicago to the “vibrant and modern” look in Houston to the bold stripes in Washington, there are plenty of jerseys to be excited about this year.
On Saturday, the North Carolina Courage will get to showcase their new home jerseys when the reigning 2017 NWSL champs, Portland Thorns FC, visit Sahlen’s Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park at 3:30 p.m. on Lifetime. Utah Royals FC will debut their all white kits when they visit the Orlando Pride Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. on go90. And to finish up the opening day of the 2018 season, get ready to see the home look of Seattle Reign FC against the Washington Spirit at 10 p.m. on go90. Then on Sunday, the Houston Dash will show off their new city-inspired look when the Chicago Red Stars come to town at 5 p.m. on go90.
The new 2018 match ball debuted at the NWSL draft in January, but we also have a closer look ahead of the opening weekend:
