Seattle Reign FC midfielder Rumi Utsugi has been named to Japan’s 23-woman roster for the upcoming Tournament of Nations.
Japan, Brazil, Australia and the United States will face each other from July 27-August 3 in the new tournament.
Utsugi has appeared in 10 matches for the Reign this season. She was the only NWSL player named to the roster.
Japan is currently ranked No. 6 in the world.
