Utah Royals FC vs. Chicago Red Stars

Chicago Red Stars midfielder Danielle Colaprico‘s goal spoiled the inaugural home game for Utah Royals FC. Colaprico’s strike was the game’s only scorein Chicago’s 1-0 win over Utah, which came in front of 19,203 fans at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah. Utah Royals FC forward Amy Rodriguez earned her first minutes since tearing her ACL a year ago. Recap


 

Washington Spirit vs. North Carolina Courage

The Courage improved to 3-0-0 on the season with a 4-2 win over the Washington Spirit in Crystal Dunn‘s return to the Maryland SoccerPlex. McCall Zerboni scored a brace in the game, including a well-placed free kick goal. Dunn and Lynn Williams also scored for the Courage. Recap

 


 

Sky Blue FC vs. Seattle Reign FC

Megan Rapinoe‘s early penalty kick goal was the difference as Seattle topped Sky Blue FC 1-0. The game marked Carli Lloyd‘s first NWSL home game in a Sky Blue FC jersey. The Reign are now 2-0-0 to start the season. Recap

 


 

 

Portland Thorns FC vs. Orlando Pride

The Thorns won their sixth straight home opener, 2-1 over the Pride. Christine Sinclair and Lindsey Horan scored for the Thorns, who improved to 2-1-0 with the win. Recap
