Houston Dash forward Rachel Daly and Reign FC forward Jodie Taylor are headed to the semifinals of the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup with England. The Lionesses advanced to the semifinals with a 3-0 win over Norway in the quarterfinals in Le Havre. England will face the winner of France vs. the United States in the semifinals.

England advanced to the semifinals for the second consecutive Women’s World Cup, after finishing third in 2015. Jill Scott, Ellen White and Lucy Bronze scored for England in the win. White’s goal gives her five in the tournament, pulling her level with Orlando Pride forward Alex Morgan (United States) and Chicago Red Stars forward Sam Kerr (Australia) for the Golden Boot lead.
