The Orlando Pride equaled a club record with four goals as they romped to a 4-1 victory over FC Kansas City in Week 13.
Morgan’s tally was her first of the year as Pride fans look for their team to kick into another gear with the return of the U.S. international. Morgan and Marta take aim at sending Orlando to playoffs for the first time.

Toni Pressley dropped a whole mess of jaws with a wonder goal and Alex Morgan tallied her first goal of the season to help the Pride to the biggest win in club history with a 4-1 thumping of FC Kansas City. Orlando is 4-2-1 in their last seven and now stand just three points out of the playoffs.

Dash kept their charge going with a 2-1 victory over Washington. Houston tied a club record with their fifth consecutive game without a loss as Brazil internationals Poliana and Andressinha both found the back of the net against the Spirit. The Dash will have Carli Lloyd back in Week 14 against Boston.

Samantha Kerr continued to add to her MVP credentials with the game-tying goal in a 2-2 draw with Chicago. The Australia international is now the league leader with 10 goals on the season and has scored in each of the last four games.
7-3-4, 25 pts
Christen Press became the fourth player to score 30 goals in NWSL history and added an assist in Week 13, but the Red Stars threw away a two-goal lead and had to settle for a 2-2 draw against Sky Blue.

The Courage were held scoreless for the second time in the last three games as they were beat 1-0 by Portland in Week 13. Carolina’s lead at the top of the league has shrunk to two points and the Courage will look to hold on to it in Week 14 vs. Kansas City.
6-4-4, 22 pts
Hayley Raso scored a huge goal to lead the Thorns to a 1-0 win over league leaders North Carolina. The goal gave Portland just their second win in the last six games. The three points kept the Thorns in the fourth and final playoff spot as they get set for the business end of the schedule.
5-3-6, 21 pts
The Reign recorded their league-high sixth tie this season as Nahomi Kawasumi scored to help the team earn a 1-1 draw with Boston. It was the fourth goal of the year – to go along with six assists – for the Japan international.
3-6-5, 14 pts
The Breakers earned a hard fought point on the road as they battled back for a 1-1 draw against Seattle behind a game-tying goal from Adriana Leon. Boston is unbeaten in their last four, but with just one win during that stretch.
3-7-3, 12 pts
Estelle Johnson scored the first goal of what has already been a distinguished NWSL career, but the Spirit saw their winless run extended to three games with a 2-1 road loss to Houston. It won’t get easier for Washington, who are in the midst of a four-game road trip.

Maegan Kelly scored her second goal of the season but FC Kansas City fell to a 4-1 defeat versus Orlando. It was a club-record fourth consecutive loss for the Blues. They’ve gone winless in their last seven games – also a club record.
