The National Women’s Soccer League kicks off on go90 opening weekend with four games being live streamed. On the broadcasts for each game this week will be veteran announcers familiar to NWSL and women’s soccer fans: Taylor Burke, Morgan Church, Morgan Conklin, Matt Pedersen and Mike Watts.Earlier this week, NWSL announced their partnership with go90 to stream 98 regular season games live and on-demand on the go90 iOs and Android apps in 2017. Taylor Burke

Analyst

@taylorburke0 A former goalkeeper at the University of Florida, Burke holds records for minutes played, solo shutouts, and goals against average. Taylor was also an All-American high jumper on the track and field team for the Florida Gators. She holds several University of Florida records on the pitch and in the high jump. Taylor graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism from Florida and a Master’s in Business Management. While earning her Masters, she was an analyst for ESPN radio calling games for the Florida women’s soccer team.

Morgan Church

Analyst

@Morgan_Church9 A former NCAA Division 1 coach at multiple programs including University of North Florida, Gonzaga University, and Florida State University. She currently coaches the Florida Sol FC, Semi-Pro team, Technical Director of Development Academy at United Soccer Alliance, and Community Programs Director of Jacksonville Armada. Morgan has been involved with U.S. Soccer directing Coaching Courses, as well as a Staff Member of the US Soccer Training Centers. Along with her coaching experience she also has earned a U.S. Soccer “A” License, as well as a NSCAA Regional GK License.

Morgan Conklin

Analyst

@_MConklin A former defender at Virginia Tech, Morgan Conklin was a member of the 2013 squad that went to the College Cup. Conklin joins the NWSL broadcast team after having called women’s college soccer for the SEC Network, ESPN3 and FOX Sports South. She serves as an Associate Producer for the USL and also calls games as an analyst for the league, including the ESPN3 and SiriusXM FC Game of the Week.

Matt Pedersen

Play-by-Play

@mattpedersen5 A veteran broadcaster with a decade of professional experience, Matt Pedersen was play-by-play announcer for Houston Dash home games from 2015-16, radio broadcaster for the Houston Dynamo from 2012-15 and TV sideline reporter for Dynamo home games last season. He played college soccer at San Francisco State University before broadcasting Minor League Baseball for four years. Currently a freelance broadcaster, his recent work includes the 2017 Generation adidas Cup, the 2016 Big East men’s soccer championship and Sam Houston State baseball, softball and basketball broadcasts on ESPN3.

Mike Watts

Play-By-Play

@MikeWattsOnAir A returning face to NWSL broadcasts, Mike Watts was the league’s youngest voice in 2014 as a commentator for Sky Blue FC. Since, Watts has provided play by play for the SheBelieves Cup, two USL Cup Finals, and the 2017 CONCACAF Champions League Final. A collegiate broadcaster across several sports, he has experience with ESPN’s collegiate soccer coverage. Watts currently hosts “USL Coast to Coast” weekly on SiriusXM FC.
