Whether you are a regular at repping your favorite club or new to learning about the league, the NWSL's energy is contagious, promising a memorable experience every game weekend. Tune in this weekend for the start of the NWSL 2024 Season! Laura Ricketts, the new owner of the Chicago Red Stars, ushered in a new era for one of the league's original founding clubs when she acquired the team in September. Chicago fans celebrated during the offseason with the re-signing of Mallory Swanson to a new long-term contract, one that would keep her in the Windy City until 2028.  With their star player secured, the club welcomed back veterans Cari Roccaro and Alyssa Naeher, along with promising rookies from the 2024 NWSL Draft: Hannah Anderson (31st overall), Bea Franklin (41st overall), Jameese Joseph (15th overall), and Leilanni Nesbeth (10th overall). Additionally, non-rostered invitees Ally Cook and Nádia Gomes joined the team.
