Playing in just her second match since recovery, the reigning NWSL MVP was subbed on in the 57th minute. Less than 10 minutes later, she would find the back of the net when Courage forward Olivia Wingate’s cross found Kerolin through traffic, waiting in front of the net.

Chicago’s Ludmilla responded late, but the Courage held firm, solidifying their fifth-place position in the standings as they continue to battle for a playoff spot.
On social media, Kerolin credited her goal to Olivia Wingate’s precise cross.
