Carli Lloyd scored and Manchester City won the second leg of their UEFA Women’s Champions League semifinal matchup with Olympique Lyonnais 1-0, but it wasn’t enough. Alex Morgan and Lyon advanced to the UEFA Women’s Champions League final, 3-2 on aggregate thanks to their 3-1 win in Manchester last week.It’ll be an all-French final as Lyon will face Paris Saint-Germain for the title on June 1 in Cardiff, Wales. Lyon won the UEFA Women’s Champions League last year, topping Wolfsburg on penalty kicks. Both Morgan (Orlando Pride) and Lloyd (Houston Dash) are expected to rejoin their NWSL teams later this summer.
