Community Partner: Trees Lousiville
Since arriving in Louisville, Lauren Milliet has dedicated herself to community and club. The Colorado native is a passionate environmentalist and has devoted countless hours volunteering with Trees Louisville, a local non-profit focused on preserving and expanding Louisville’s tree canopy. Lauren has led 4 plantings since December 2023, totaling 137 trees – growing on three local elementary school campuses and at Racing’s home, Lynn Family Stadium. Lauren also coaches in Racing Louisville’s youth academy, as well as works with youth players individually. Lauren recently became the first player in the NWSL to make 100 consecutive regular season appearances for one club. Not only is she a foundational player for Racing Louisville, but she is making a lasting impact by planting deep roots in both the Louisville community, and local soccer community.
