Here’s a look at all the latest re-signings around the NWSL: **Seattle Reign FC** The final week of November has been a busy one for new Reign coach Vlatko Andonovski as the team has moved to re-sign three of the key internationals on the team for next season: [**Rumi Utsugi**](https://www.nwslsoccer.com/players/view/ewbvz3dxtwr7hx331uftylrkl) Utsugi appeared in 20 games in 2017 and was named Reign team MVP. She scored a goal and added two assists for Seattle. “Rumi is probably one of the most creative players in the league,” Andonovski said in the team’s official announcement. “Her decisions in the build-up phase are superb. She is very comfortable on the ball and is always an option for her teammates. She’ll have a crucial role in establishing the style of play.” [**Jess Fishlock**](https://www.nwslsoccer.com/players/view/93d5k82qrmjr894k2hp5aril1) Fishlock finished the season with seven goals and two assists in 20 games for the Reign. She was named to the NWSL Best XI for her season, and also appeared in her 100th career NWSL game. “It is an honor to re-sign with this club. Seattle Reign is in my heart and I am excited for the future,” Fishlock [said when the Reign announced the news](https://twitter.com/ReignFC/status/935991770071973888). “I hope to bring this club back to its prior success – it is a dream of mine.” [**Nahomi Kawasumi**](https://www.nwslsoccer.com/players/view/7flxdnsd0pp5nxhldypcxeled) Kawasumi led the league in assists with nine, just one short of the record of 10, set by Tobin Heath in 2016. She set an NWSL record with four assists in one game, in a 6-2 win over the Spirit in May. She also set a record in that game as the first player to be directly involved in five goals in one game. In 2017, her second year in the NWSL, Daly scored five goals (winning Goal of the Week twice) and had two assists. [Empty Body] * * * #### **Boston Breakers** In her second season in the league, [**Christen Westphal**](https://www.nwslsoccer.com/players/view/n4egj8ymfled94mco0lwa95) played in 13 games for the Breakers in 2017. She recorded an assist, before missing the end of the season with right foot nerve damage.
