The UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 is officially on, but the games in Switzerland aren’t the only chance NWSL fans have to see their favorite players compete on the international stage. The 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) begins on July 5, and eight NWSL players will be on the ground to represent their countries.
The tournament starts with a group stage, and with three groups, each has NWSL representation.
