She played for Glasgow City in Scotland earlier this year and scored hat tricks in her first two games. She scored 81 goals in her college career at Florida, second only to Abby Wambach all-time. “Savannah is a very hard-working forward with the ability to create and score goals in many ways,” Portland head coach Mark Parsons said in a team press release. “We are excited to bring her to Portland and look forward to seeing Savannah’s development and impact in the Rose City.”
