On Wednesday, U.S. Soccer announced the dates and times for this summer’s Tournament of Nations, which features the United States, Australia, Brazil and Japan. The teams will compete in three doubleheaders in three cities over eight days.It’s the second year of the tournament and once again there should be plenty of NWSL talent in action in the games. Last year, 34 NWSL players competed across the four teams. Australia won the 2017 Tournament of Nations with a 3-0-0 record. Australia, Brazil and Japan have all qualified for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The United States will take part in Concacaf’s qualifying tournament in October. All four teams are currently ranked in the top eleven teams in the world: United States (No. 1), Australia (No. 6), Brazil (No. 8) and Japan (No. 11).
