Alex Morgan became the first player in NWSL history to score the game-winning goal in three consecutive matches to lead the Orlando Pride to a club-record fourth straight victory in a 2-1 win over FC Kansas City. The U.S. international has eight goals and two assists in the last seven games – and has scored in each of the previous five matches – as she and Marta have powered the Pride to 13 points in the last five contests, the most in the league during that stretch. Marta assisted on the game-winner by Morgan against the Blues and the pair have combined for the game-winning goal in three of the four games during Orlando’s win streak. Elsewhere, Sam Kerr tied the NWSL single-season scoring record with her 16th goal of the year to keep Sky Blue FC in the hunt for the playoffs and Hayley Raso turned in a two-goal performance as the Portland Thorns became the first club in the NWSL with 50 regular-season victories with a 2-1 win over Cascadia rivals Seattle. 1**
